Greg congratulated Buckingham Ladies Hockey Club in the House of Commons today. On Sunday 2 February, the team became national indoor champions as they beat England's elite - first champions East Grinstead, then Bowdon Hightown - to lift the Jaffa Super 6s title and for the first time in the club’s history earned a place in the European club competition. As well as playing some terrific indoor hockey, the players demonstrated their resilience and excellent teamwork throughout the competition.
In front of his parliamentary colleagues, Greg conveyed his congratulations to the all the team and coaching staff for their phenomenal achievement and looks forward to seeing the team progress in the European club competition.
