Welcoming Nuclear, Calling for an End to Ground Mounted Solar Tuesday, 10 June, 2025 I have long said nuclear is the answer to our energy future. So credit where it is due, I welcome the Government’s announcement on nuclear today. However, the Secretary of State persists with also ploughing on with ground mounted solar, which is inefficient and trashes our countryside. Nuclear works 24/7, wind and solar doesn’t. A point I put to Ed Miliband earlier. Speeches in Parliament
