Raising Unfairness of HS2’s Attitude to Construction Inflation on Mitigation Projects

With construction inflation so high, many HS2 mitigation projects promised in 2016/17 now find the money to be short - such as Wendover Cricket Club and St Mary’s Church - a point I led a debate on in the Commons this afternoon.
