This afternoon, I joined with cross-party neighbours from Oxfordshire to present a petition to 10 Downing Street for the Haddenham to Thame Greenway. This project is one I have long supported and would very much like to see delivered to ensure there is a safer route between Haddenham and Thame for those wishing to cycle, run or walk.
Ultimately it is a matter for the local authorities in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire to work with landowners to find a deal that can make it happen, but any support government can give would be most welcome.
