Greg meets local Police Commander

Greg was delighted to meet with Superintendent Michael Loebenberg on Friday 10th January 2020.  Superintendent Loebenberg serves as local Police Commander for Thames Valley Police across Aylesbury Vale.

Greg and Michael discussed the big difference our fair share of the Government’s commitment to extra police will deliver for Buckingham constituency, as well topics such as combatting the drugs supply, county lines drugs gangs, burglary, domestic violence and rural crime.

Commenting, Greg said, "Our local Police have my total support in their fight against crime and I see a major part of my job as the new MP to ensure central Government is providing them with the officers and resources they need to keep us all safe.  I am delighted that the new majority Conservative Government will deliver 20,000 extra police for our country and I want to ensure we get our fair share of those new officers locally."
