I have just been on site to witness the appalling and horrendous fly-tipping on Manor Farm in Bledlow Ridge. The criminals have dumped such an enormous amount of waste, including leaving a lot of evidence about where the waste came from in the first place. It is absolutely essential the Police and Environment Agency act swiftly and robustly to catch the tippers and bring them to justice. Our farmers are struggling enough at the moment without facing the cost and stress of getting illegally tipped waste from London properly taken away.
I have already contacted Thames Valley Police, the Environment Agency and our Police and Crime Commissioner asking for urgent and robust action.
