Businesses across my constituency are saying they want to take on new apprentices - but the reality of Labour’s punitive level of business taxation means - like Twentyfour Hair in Princes Risborough - they can’t afford to. I challenged the Government on this, but the Secretary of State’s head appears to be still buried in the sand.
