On Friday 10th January 2020, Greg Smith MP joined other Buckinghamshire MPs Rob Butler, Steve Baker and Joy Morrissey, as well as Earl Howe at Stoke Mandeville Hospital to meet with Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Oxford Health NHS Trust.
The county MPs discussed both the successes and challenges for local healthcare and were briefed on the NHS's exciting plans ahead.
Commenting after the meeting Greg said, "Our NHS is a fantastic institution that serves everyone, not least my family as Stoke Mandeville is the hospital my second child will be born in at some point over the next few days. It is so important we give our NHS the resources they need to keep us all healthy and all local Buckinghamshire MPs are determined to fight our county's corner in Parliament to ensure we have the best hospitals, GPs and other health services possible."
